NB only works for C- cases, not T- etc. May stop working if Eur-Lex change their site!
Why use this?
- Link direct to the judgment URL more easily - no frames, unlike the Curia site.
- Link direct to individual paragraphs you're citing, which again you can't do with Curia. NB - this only works with recent cases.
Example - to link direct to para 25 of case C-77/09 -- Find the Eur-Lex URL for the case, maybe using the handy form above - in this example http://eur-lex.europa.eu/LexUriServ/LexUriServ.do?uri=CELEX:62009J0077:EN:HTML
- Add "#pointNUMBER" to the end of the URL. Like this - http://eur-lex.europa.eu/LexUriServ/LexUriServ.do?uri=CELEX:62009J0077:EN:HTML#point25
- Works similarly for #point3 or #point100 etc - as long as the paragraph numbering goes that far, of course!
