Find European Court of Justice (ECJ) cases quickly

To find the Eur-Lex version of an ECJ case, eg Case C-77/09, enter 77 in the first box and 09 in the second box, then click Submit or press Enter.

NB only works for C- cases, not T- etc. May stop working if Eur-Lex change their site!

Why use this?

  1. Link direct to the judgment URL more easily - no frames, unlike the Curia site.
  2. Link direct to individual paragraphs you're citing, which again you can't do with Curia. NB - this only works with recent cases.

Example - to link direct to para 25 of case C-77/09 -

Finding old ICO or Article 29 Working Party documents

Enter an old "broken" UK Information Commissioner's Office URL
- such as http://www.ico.gov.uk/upload/documents/pressreleases/2010/response_to_moj_dpframework_press_release_06102010.pdf
or a link to an "old" Article 29 Working Party PDF document
- such as http://ec.europa.eu/justice_home/fsj/privacy/news/docs/pr_26_06_10_en.pdf
- and hit Submit or press Enter to be taken to the correct document under its new URL.

Why this form?

Did it because those sites both changed in late 2009, and broke some links I'd saved. Otherwise, it takes ages to hunt for the updated links. Hope this helps others.
